This page explains how users of the Fazzty Delivery app can request deletion of their personal data.

To request account and personal data deletion, send an email with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include the following details:

• Full name linked to your account
• Registered email address
• Phone number linked to your account
• Optional: reason for the deletion request

• Profile information (name, email, phone number, and saved addresses)
• Order history associated with your account
• In-app preferences and support tickets linked to your profile

Some information may be retained when required by law, fraud prevention obligations, tax and accounting rules, or dispute resolution requirements.

To protect your account, we may request additional verification before processing your deletion request.
